For those who like meat, this is the place to be. It is still 100% French and at a competitive price. As for the service, the sheriff and his team, always smiling and dynamic, are very efficient. In addition to the must-eat hamburgers, including the mythical Country Burger with its two potato pancakes as buns, tartares, grilled meats, salads, etc., the menu displays specialties such as the bison steak, the texane dish (chili con carne, caramelized ribs 150g, Buffalo wings, barbecue sauce with baked potato) or the beef Ribs fondant and tasty made with a Bourbon Barbecue sauce. As for dessert lovers, surely they won't miss the Diligence of desserts to enjoy cheesecake, crèmes brûlées, caramel ice-cream, lemon pie, etc. Children are not forgotten because they have their menu with, as a bonus, their playroom. For internet addicts, the wifi is free of charge.

We were sat in a bay next to a window which was lucky as there was no lights on at all so at least we could see the menu. There was a complete lack of atmosphere and certainly no heating which made for a cold environment, so jackets had to stay on.
Our starter was cold and fridge t emperature in the middle, i had to find a member of staff to inform them. I could only find the chef, who seemed shocked and initially disagreed with my concern that the food was cold. Clearly, appropriate checks prior to the dish being served were not conducted. We did receive a replacement, hot, starter quickly but there was no apology of remorse for the cold dish.
Our main dishes arrived quickly. These were passable but not enjoyable. Bland and dissapointing. As the temperature in the restaurant itself was so cold, the food equally went cold fast. So naturally half was left. A real shame for a €28 plate.
We would have informed the server about this, however we were not visited at all or checked throughout. Tired of waiting, we once again went to look for a member of staff but could not find anyone and waited at the till for 10 minutes until we could pay.
The dark atmosphere made it dangerous to visit the toilet.
Based on the quality of the food and the poor service matched with price of the food, it is unlikely we will visit a Buffalo Grill again.
En arrivant ils avaient reçu informatiquement la commande mais pas la cuisine... déjà ça commence mal (sa peut arriver on passe outre)
Quand la commande fut prête, il n'y avait que la moitié des produits demandés.. problème de serveur..
Quelle fut ma surprise quand j'ai vu ma pauvre pomme de terre toute sèche mis dans une boîte sans assaisonnement ni la fameuse crème ciboulette si connue de Buffalo Grill.
Je me retrouve avec une pauvre patate en guise d'accompagnement. Vous imaginez bien que je ne vais pas me déplacer pour de la sauce !
Manger Buffalo Grill sur place oui, mais alors en commande à emporter non non et non !
