Like its hotel, the restaurant "Les Clochettes du Risoux" is a friendly place where rusticity does not rhyme with obsolescence. Amélie and James have managed to renovate it ecologically with charm and good taste: wood, sandstone, restoration of the bread oven,... In the plate, a kitchen of comtoise inspiration, generous with fresh and local products. Traditional dishes with a little extra soul like the fillet of pike-perch with bisque sauce served with saffron purée and candied fennel. The desserts are greedy! A nice stop in a beautiful village.
