Outside the city and on the banks of the river Loue, this café-restaurant is part of the Ornans leisure complex. The Canoë Café is the meeting place for sports enthusiasts who come to take a break between two runs of the Loue. Or for walkers who wish to enjoy the terrace around an aperitif board after visiting the city. The cuisine offered is that of a bistro, with fresh produce: every day the dishes change. But the must-have are the Gorges de la Loue salad made from smoked trout, vegan salads, trout goujeonnette, cigaline skewers. Dinner concerts are scheduled on some evenings with jazz, blues and world music. The terrace and its small green area are really appreciated and allow you to relax while enjoying the landscape. Inside the mezzanine, the fireplace and the wooden canoe collection are the main attractions.
