A family business that has made Baud and good rhyme since 1923! In the boutique located on Grand-Rue, you can enjoy chocolates, ice creams, sweets signed by Joël Baud and his team, as well as a selection of delicious dishes concocted by chef Alexandre Da Silva. The speciality of the house of Baud: Morello cherry bisontine, whole morello cherries picked and then macerated in a secret recipe for three months and then coated with fondant and 70% cocoa dark Guanaja chocolate.
