Cheese, in Franche-Comté, we have so much, and it's so good! The concept of this concept, the fromagerie de la rue Luc-Breton, is well understood. In the middle of a wide variety of cheeses, mostly local, unusual combinations (taste the cream of Brie?), wines and other local drinks.
