Built next to the church of La Madeleine in 1911 by the Besançon Savings Fund (for hygiene reasons), Baths Showers have been in service since 2004. In 2008, completely renovated, this Art Deco building is now home to an associative and animated area that makes the entire Battant district vibrate. You will find temporary exhibitions, often showcasing the neighbourhood and their inhabitants, the Bousbots, and many information about the city's cultural life.
