Born in 2014, the festival du Bitume et des Plumes is already a small revolution in Besançon. This street art festival, mounted on all tracks by volunteers of (very) good will, brings together circus, dance, theatre, concerts, clown, and exhibitions in the district of Tarragnoz and the Citadel. The headquarters is located in Lattre-de-Tassigny square, which all Bisontins call the "place du Jura". After applauding artists in courses in the city, this is where spectators and actors meet in the evening, to enjoy concerts, animations and bar. A welcome festive atmosphere to counteract a possible fall depression and become familiar with the besancon scene!
