Like the Greek exèdre, the bookstore la'de la rue de la Madeleine, located in the heart of the Battant district, is a place where it is pleasant to stop and chat with a very friendly, open and welcoming manager, who is eager to describe and explain the approach and spirit of its shop. As a backdrop, fair trade which governs the entire collection proposed by the store, both in the bookshop and the carterie (Protestant religious), and in the bric of organic objects and products of all kinds: coffees, teas, chocolates or even statues, jewellery, fair-trade wood chess games to help people in distress. A good address to buy an object or book while performing a good action!
