Refined barge in Besançon offering gastronomic and local cuisine.

Moored at the Pont Bregille, this barge built in 1904 has been renovated to welcome gourmets since 2015. From now on, it is Cédric Goujon who welcomes you in a cosy and warm atmosphere. He has just taken over this atypical place. A "bistronomic" cuisine is proposed. Meat and fish are of excellent quality, one of the chef's strong points, but the region is not forgotten, with some very well revisited regional dishes. There are also special dishes for vegetarians. A beautiful terrace embellishes this space on and near the water. A new start for this emblematic Bisontine address.
