Contrary to what one might think, the establishment has Polish only the name. Here the kitchen is traditional with a regional trend with salads to the Jesus of Morteau and county 18 months, its house rillettes, its sausage De red and its cancoillotte… The dishes are simply remarkable and everything is home-made, even crispy and golden fries. We appreciate the speed of service, the welcome and the choice offered. The simple decoration, in red and wood tones, with its large mirrors and its benches, almost intimate, can only accommodate a dears of guests. I have been eating there in January 2012 and when I see comment of the web surfers I amazed because never I also mall did not eat. It stays 30 years of my daughter and even dessert a lemon tart I recognised as from Crossroads was not completely décongelé.cet hotel has name only restaurant (TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY)

Despite the name you can eat excellent french cuisine and good food Franche-Comt Native.
The dishes are copious, the products are fresh and the cuisine is house.
One of the best tables in Besançon cuisine " bisrot" (veal kidneys, andouillettes AAAAA, tartare with the knife, meat Charolais cows, homemade chips)
The reception is more friendly.

One of the oldest brands Besançon which takes its name from the first owner. The chef Jean-Michel prepares traditional french cuisine and a wide choice of regional specialities. Very good atmosphere with a team led by Chantal who is happy to welcome its guests.
