A happy canteen! Here we are in a restaurant as we like to find it. Large wooden table, decoration in the air of time and warm welcome at the service of a sincere, generous and very fine cuisine. With a bistronomic influence, quality sourcing for the dishes as well as for the wines and a skilful balance of flavors, we feel the work of passionate people. Thus, calf sweetbread flirts with parsnips and morels, pink trout from the Jura with yuzu and ginger. For dessert, comforting rice pudding with salted butter caramel, or the famous lemon meringue pie.
