So for others, the idea is the practice of sport in music: stir-fry or markets, choreography, movements derived from martial arts… Repeated simple and dynamic movements to strengthen and tone your muscles. Teachers are always there for advice and good follow-up. The atmosphere is relaxed, one finds the evening among friends to sweat, to several is less hard! Courses between 12 h and 14 h are organised for the working people, with possibility to dine on site so as not to waste time!
