The Fruitière à Comté des villages réunis was born from the merger of the cheese factories of the villages of Passonfontaine and Avoudrey: 33 producers from 7 villages of the Haut-Doubs make up the cooperative. A modern production workshop ensures the production of Comté cheese and a store offers its sale as well as a wide range of other cheeses and regional products: honey, cold cuts and cured meats, drinks (aperitifs, wines, beers, lemonades, syrups).
