Chef David Doury, renowned in the Balagne region, is in charge of the kitchen, while his partner Carina Canoni advises gourmets in the dining room. Here you'll find cachet and flavors to delight your eyes, nose and taste buds! Chef David was awarded a star in 2016, so this is Corsican gastronomy we're talking about!
