This charming table d'hôtes in the Reginu valley, next to the golf course and with a pretty, inviting garden, is a superb find! Enjoy the covered terrace and intimate tables. Chef David Doury, renowned in the Balagne region, is in charge of the kitchen, while his partner Carina Canoni advises gourmets in the dining room. Here you'll find cachet and flavors to delight your eyes, nose and taste buds! Chef David was awarded a star in 2016, so this is Corsican gastronomy we're talking about!

Closed from November 15 to March. Low season: open Tuesday to Friday and evenings on public holidays; lunch and dinner at weekends. High season: Tuesday to Sunday evenings. We had a wonderful meal at I Salti which was recommended to us by another local restaurant. The food was exceptional and the settings is beautiful in a converted mill by a stream. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, but with beautiful attention to detail with the food & restaurant.
It is more expensive then some other nearby restaurants, but the attention to details & inventiveness of the food is well worth it.
