Gourmet bistro with a terrace, displaying an evolving menu of fine cuisine.

An almost hidden gem in the heart of Saint-Florent, Le Mathys never ceases to delight. Breton chef Thierry Burlot is at the helm, with his wife Caroline in service and daughter Morgane now in the kitchen. The intimate terrace, lined with flowers under the plane tree, is a fragrant boudoir where connoisseurs of truly fine cuisine come to revel: locally caught fish and local producers for an original menu of homemade creations, accompanied by fine local wines. The menu offers excellent value for money. Bravo again!
