Authentic restaurant offering Italian-influenced home cooking, displayed à la carte.
A port institution since... 1921. Appearances can be deceiving. This Petit Caporal, located on the Quai d'Honneur in Saint-Florent, opposite the marina, among the dozen or so restaurants that attract strollers, is anything but a tourist trap. It's an authentic address offering Italian-influenced home cooking, wood-fired pizzas to die for, a small menu of good desserts, and original cocktails made behind a large, pretty bar. Locals love this place. Service is efficient and attentive.

Bonne situation sur le Port avec une terrasse agréable. Très touristique en terme de fréquentation avec une cuisine somme toute classique avec néanmoins quelques bons plats de pâtes.

Grande terrasse très bien située face à la marina. Le personnel est très sympathique et le service est efficace. Une très belle carte qui donne envie d'y retourner plusieurs fois, ce que j'ai fait. En période d'affluence, il est vraiment recommandé de réserver sa table ... même au mois de mai.
disappointed by this " small resto" , meat cooked without respect cooking requested guest, dessert " industriel" surprising, especially as the other suggestions sly little minx on the island were senses.
Very nice this restaurant on the edge of the port. Value obviously which lasts (passed we in July 2009), excellent souvenir. Recommended as some places around practice " scam with touristes" , i.e, frozen products high prices. Small caporal, no that, freshness and rates decent.
