That also add to the opinion of sly little minx, if it is only the head waiter which is a woman, cleverly recommend in the choice of wines and that the young woman in charge of the preparation of cocktails can possibly in made one according to your taste. In addition a charming trail located behind the hotel in 1/2 hour barely with Occi, very pretty Corsican village abandoned exceptional view (you can get there on foot but this promenade is essential). The hotel restaurant attracts indeed number of Calvi and Bastians, which we are.
In fact, this establishment is part of the places to as miss if you come to Corsica, the hotel restaurant La Roya to Saint-Florent for example.
