Restaurant located in the heart of the old town offering traditional Spanish recipes.

A safe bet, in the heart of the old town. Run by the Plaza family since 1977, Paco is a sincere and pleasant address. Alexandre has taken over, assisted by his sisters, Gabrielle and Palomba. One savors there traditional Spanish recipes and the small local fishing of the Ile-roussiens François and Paul-Félix. The paella moves the regulars, the bouillabaisse too. New cheerful decoration in the room, beautiful counter with its tapas and its beautiful bottles. No menu here, but the tempting slates where freshness and homemade food are de rigueur.

La Paella de chez PACO est un régal, généreuse et fraiche. LLe reste de la carte aussi. Le cadre agréable dans une rue piétonne. Pas chichi ni de bling bling. Franche et cordiale avec ses habitués ce qui est un signe. On y retourne avec grand plaisir à chacun de nos passages en Corse.
