The panorama is magical, the welcome warm, and the dishes sublimate chef Ange Cananzi's passion for the finest local produce: snacked cuttlefish, roasted sea bass, roasted fillets of white fish creamy with parsley and baked peppers, semi-cooked red tuna and Nessa's farm-raised veal in a variety of daily flavors.
