Facing the Ile Rousse peninsula, light is at home here, as it has been for Sabine since 1995. The panorama is magical, the welcome warm, and the dishes sublimate chef Ange Cananzi's passion for the finest local produce: snacked cuttlefish, roasted sea bass, roasted fillets of white fish creamy with parsley and baked peppers, semi-cooked red tuna and Nessa's farm-raised veal in a variety of daily flavors. Every day except Sunday and Monday. Open every day except Sunday evening and Monday evening. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €42 (from €33 to €53). Children's menu: €16 (toddler portion). Meilleur restaurant gastronomique de L'île Rousse. Très bel endroit. Accueil impeccable en juillet et en août. Service parfait. Carte très variée qui change souvent. Plats savoureux. Félicitations au CHEF ! La serveuse nous conseille bien. Et le Pavlova est délicieux !!! Prix correct et la serveuse a la classe ! Merci encore pour ces bons moments en soirée. Nous reviendrons !
