U Stazzu has been a well-known Cortenese institution for 25 years. On the edge of the Restonica valley, a stone building and a large wooden terrace invite you to contemplate the majestic forest to the sound of the river. The meats come from the owner's own production, and the cuisine is authentic and very tasty: meatballs, Corsican-style tripettes, brocciu omelettes, charcuterie, ice creams or even cabri to order. When the flag is up, we serve; when it's down, too bad for you!
