After a few years of operation, Joseph Rioli switched from the traditional press to the continuous chain in 1995. This modernization allows him to press up to 400 tons of olives each year. He runs a 6 ha estate where varieties such as ghjermana, Sabine or picholine are grown. Two PDO oils result from this: the mill of Prunete (olives picked on the tree, a blend of ghjermana, sabine and picholine) and the olive oil of the convent of Cervione (olives picked on a net after their natural fall, predominantly ghjermana).

j ai pris une location juste a cote donc sa facilite de prendre de l huile tres bonne je l ai fini assez rapidement et la location et bien a mon gout j y retournerai sans problemme

En fin de saison, la dame nous a néanmoins ouvert avec gentillesse et nous a fait goûter l'huile. Elle est au top-douce mais fruitée.

Mon dieux plus d un mois et toujours pas notre huile d olive il sont constamment fermer ou ne répondent pas au tel pourtant il ont nos bidons avec le nom prénom et téléphone écris au feutre noir sur fond blanc voilà un endroit à éviter absolument
