3 months in Corsica, the Cap a incourtounable square, descent known Centuri extraordianire... We discovered a family-run hotel restaurant. The owner is in cuisine with his mother or fishing with his father. The freshest ingredients, simple flavour of their preparation, lobster (local tasting requires) is cooked to perfection and bouillabaisse exceptional (depending on fishing, the owner tells you if it is possible or not!). The sense of hospitality and friendly Tolaini family make this place a special place. The rooms are simple and very clean, we had a charming room with a terrace overlooking the sea and the hotel is away from the noise of the port.
