Beautiful baroque parish church with domes, containing an important lot of classified works and paintings by Guiseppe Marchesi.

When you arrive in Belgodère, you can't miss the Church of St. Thomas (San Tumasgiu)! This Baroque building with its domes was a parish church between 1560 and 1792. It was built on the site of an earlier church founded in 1269 by Andrea Malaspina. The paintings are by Giuseppe Marchesi (1823-1893). The church was restored in the second half of the 19thcentury and listed as a Monument Historique in the late 1980s. Come in and admire the high altar, paintings and sculptures.
