Following in the footsteps of his father Vincent, the young chef Ludovic Rodaro delights his numerous local customers. At the foot of the citadel, with a view over the port, Chez Vincent is a jewel. On the plate, the cuisine on the slate changes according to the market. In season, the semi-cooked tuna is delicious. The pizzas are always divine.
