Laugh, drink and eat, this is the credo of this fashionable wine bar and tapas bar. Two friends, Rodolphe Hyvernaud, sommelier, and Clément Calendini, chef, have joined together and offer us original tapas to share with the seasons and to enjoy on the terrace around a wine drum or inside an old oil mill. You'll be seduced by the bounty on the markets, the oil preset and the olives crushing the olives. To quench your thirst, only grape-based drinks around the convivial buffet: Corsa and French wines, champagnes, armagnacs, cognacs… and the very good organic grape juice.

Nous sommes tombés sur ce restaurant un peu par hasard et avons passé la plus belle soirée de toutes nos vacances en Corse. La cuisine est extrêmement raffinée et transforme des ingrédients parfois simples en plats de première classe. En fait, je n'aime pas les artichauts, mais depuis que j'ai goûté chez ma femme son trio d'artichauts, je suis d'un autre avis, tout simplement de première classe. La sélection de vins est également excellente. C'est probablement le meilleur restaurant de toute la Corse. En tout cas, nous nous réjouissons déjà de l'année prochaine.
