Identity products carefully selected and available in sometimes limited quantities. Home-made charcuterie and cheeses, jams and chestnut flour, with original flavours (green tomatoes, pumpkin, endives, olives...), PDO honeys, home-made liqueurs, soaps made from ewe's milk or immortal milk, fine wines, terrines, organic herbal infusions from the maquis...
