This pilgrimage, in the unique site of Bavella (1,300 m above sea level), honours each year the Madonna of the Snows, well known to hikers who take the GR20. A cheerful crowd climbs there, some leaving on foot from the village of Zonza to attend the open-air mass. Family and friends share a picnic in the forest. It is this conviviality maintained by the collective celebrations that makes the richness of Corsican cultural heritage so rich.

C'est vraiment super à vivre je tenais à le partager le panorama est incroyable il y a des jolies balades à faire mais c'est tout de même beaucoup trop touristique un business qui devient vraiment mal ça avec des parkings qui sont devenu payant et des gens à l'entrée qui rachète voiture après voiture. Victime de son succès. Heureusement il y a plein d'autres endroits à découvrir avec un panorama tout aussi magnifique et sans le tourisme de masse.
