A great classic in Zonza, this Aiglon, whose terrace is hidden behind plants and flowers, in the middle of the village. A varied menu where everyone will find what they are looking for, according to their desires and their budget. An efficient team and generous plates. The recipes of the Corsican soil are honored: pig with fig cream, glazed piglet, Corsican veal with orange, and doughnut with chestnut flour. A warm room welcomes you with its two fireplaces; and if you feel like staying, the Aiglon is also a hotel!

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce restaurant, un menu à 19€5, une très belle surprise avec des produits maison. Les plats sont chauds !!!!

Propriétaire sympathique, parle bien l'anglais, chambres très propres mais petites. La douche était à l'intérieur de la chambre, les toilettes séparées. Chambres un peu bruyantes. Le dîner était bon, cuisine française typique. Le petit déjeuner était moyen.
