It is impossible to visit Corsica without discovering its gastronomy and especially its animal products. We are here at Angeot Andreucci's, breeder and producer of farmhouse charcuterie made from Nustrale Corsican pigs. The pigs are raised in freedom under the chestnut trees of the high Taravo at an altitude of 800 m, supplemented with cereals and slaughtered according to the rules of art and island methods. Good to know: sale on the spot and visit of the exploitation on reservation. Shipments on request.
