In the centre of the village of Sotta, a Relais well known to the local people who love the Nustrale veal and for good reason, we are here at the Pandolfi Family, cattle breeders who took over a family business in 1993. The lady in the kitchen and the gentleman in the dining room will delight you with seasonal products with their own identity: PDO or farmhouse charcuterie, crispy belly pork, Corsican style soup, veal tripettes, figatellu and brocciu in season, tianu de vitellu, beef steak, veal quasi from the Relais, linguine with gambas. Friendly welcome from the whole team.

Découverte des cigales de la mer sur un lit de tagliatelles bien assaisonnées.
La nourriture est bonne mais la note est plus salé.
Produits frais, jolie décoration.

Nous avons pu également profiter d'un chant corse rempli d'émotions en hommage et en présence de la doyenne de l'établissement du restaurant qui fêtait ses 93 ans ????????❤️
