An initiative of the Office de l'Environnement de la Corse (Corsican Environmental Office), this trail is designed to offer a brief but emotionally-charged encounter with the memory of the place, largely captured by the many restored elements of the dry-stone heritage: walls, calades and steps, but also fountains, wash-houses, ovens and mills. As you walk, you'll be following in the footsteps of the generations that came before us, bequeathing to us an expression of civilization and a testimony to the history of a community.
