Patrick is in the kitchen, and the generosity of his dishes is matched only by the kindness with which he will answer your questions about the region, not to mention the time he spends talking with you. From slow-cooked dishes to king-size sandwiches and generous salads, it all depends on what you're in the mood for and what's in season.
