En vacances de l'autre côté de l'Ile, je demande à notre guide de me conseiller un restaurant vers Sartène pour notre journée off. Mes invités et moi-même en sommes sortis très satisfaits. Le lieu, la terrasse, les mets, la gentillesse des serveurs, la vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Tout est parfait. L'oeuf mollet parfaitement cuit et la glace au bruccio sur coulis de mandarine, un régal pour mes papilles.
