Pascal Codaccioni, a pure Sartenais native, has been using this address in the old town for three years to highlight local recipes. It is easy to discover in this typical pedestrian street with its two small vaulted rooms, its outdoor tables and its formulas and menus that smell of the land. On the menu: the Spuntinu plate, cannelloni with brocciu, sautéed veal with olives or wild boar, stuffed sartenais (zucchini with brocciu without meat), squid and wild boar stew; for dessert the famous fiadone brocciu lemon and sweet chestnut. Le restaurant se trouve dans une petite rue charmante; nous avons été reçus et servis chaleureusement et rapidement, que dire des plats qui étaient excellents, nous avons pris la charcuterie corse, un veau aux olives et des calamars, en dessert la fiadone et le moelleux à la chataigne, coup de cœur pour le moelleux qui est divin!!!

Assiettes tres peu consistantes (linguines au saute de veau, et pates carbo).
Saute de veau sans saveur, viande dure et avec gras.
Service d une lenteur sans précédent...obligé de réclamer le dessert.
