A small address touching of simplicity held since 18 years by Céline and Nicolas, her big brother. We discover it a little hidden at the beginning of this small alley in the old town with its terraces in stairs, a small tiny room and its menu and its card with attractive prices. Family cooking prepared the same day: Lasagna with homemade panzetta, grilled fillet of wild sea bream, pisticcini (Corsican pancakes with chestnut flour) in a pleasant atmosphere. A redecorated room and an even more welcoming terrace.

Tout d'abord le lieu, dans une petite ruelle au calme, un peu à l'écart du passage dans ce beau village, plutôt touristique en saison, qu'est Sartène.
Les plats sont généreux, simples mais délicieux avec une maîtrise des cuissons et assaisonnements. On repart bien repus, avec le sentiment d'avoir manger quelque chose d'authentique et de qualité.
Mention spéciale pour la côte de porc au miel et romarin.
Service efficace et sympathique.
Les places sont limitées, pensez à réserver ;)
Je vous le recommande sans problème, en plus le personnel est super sympa !
Ps : la sauce tomate est excellente ????????
