Le Gourmet is one of Sartène's oldest restaurants. Josette makes no bones about the authenticity of her dishes, and has been pampering Sartenese and Corsican recipes herself for over 40 years! People have been coming here for generations to taste her tripettes à la sartenaise or pâté de tête. The value for money is unbeatable, whatever your appetite, from buttered pasta to cannelloni with brocciu, wild boar stew to storzapretti, entrecôte with porcini mushrooms to Corsican-style veal sauté. Regular guitar and Corsican song evenings.
