An institution on the port of Propriano with its beautiful terrace overlooking the gulf of Valinco managed by a masterly hand by the Bischof family, well known to the Proprianese for the former butcher's delicatessen of the same name. A nice zen decoration, a professional and dynamic team and a home-made cuisine: Foie gras half-cooked in the tea towel, Carpaccio of smoked salmon, fresh salads and meats which flower well the know-how of the butcher, from the Côte à l'os to the Burger No Stress way through the 250 g tartars. From the pros to the ovens!
