Foodtrucks offers local and original dishes that change with the seasons.
Strolling along the port of Propriano, you can't miss the lively colors of the Incantu garden. The spirit of guinguette infuses this patio strewn with foodtrucks and imbued with charming finery, but what emanates from the visit is the undeniable inventiveness of the dishes and the masterful blend of flavors. Local boards to share, a wide range of pizzas, fresh pastas, original dishes and delicate desserts, all changing with the day and the seasons. A beautiful Mediterranean signature of Édouard and Livia, trained by the Bocuse and Vatel Institutes. Bravo !

- Service : chaleureux, souriant et très aimable
- Emplacement : à quelques mètres du port et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer malgré les terrasses des autres restaurants
- Repas : salade Mango Tempura et pana cotta mangue très bonnes et rafraîchissantes. Le carpaccio poulpe gagnerait davantage en saveur et avec un peu plus de frites :)
- Déco : gargote colorée qui colle très bien avec l’esprit des vacances
