Clary, Madam-Mother is at the stove and Jean-Yves at the service for the joys of the house: the peasant soup, the artisanal pork-butchery of Cuttoli, the ventru (stuffed pork belly), the wild boar of the scrubland in daube, the tripettes, the plate of cheese identity, and the famous cake with the flour of chestnut. Service impeccable où les serveurs sont très compétents dans leur domaine et vous présentent la carte avec les boissons et repas typiques.
Cadre et personnel des plus accueillants, sans parler des plats corses qui sont délicieux.
Vrai endroit de paradis que nous recommandons +++ !
Nous voulions manger dans un lieu à la cuisine traditionnelle Corse, nous ne sommes pas déçus!
La carte propose une variété raisonnable de plats typiques, faits maison et copieux. Le tout aiguillé par les recommandations du responsable. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir et surtout de recommander ce lieu où nous avons passé un très agréable moment!
