Lovely restaurant-gîte d'étape with a choice of a dormitory or guest rooms.
In the idyllic setting of the Ospédale forest, some twenty kilometers from Porto-Vecchio and Zonza, a delightful restaurant-gîte d'étape well known to locals and gourmets alike. At the restaurant, you'll find typical dishes such as homemade charcuterie, Cartalavonu-style eggplants, "U Tianu", the famous Corsican veal in sauce, roast piglet with maquis herbs and the inimitable homemade fiadone. Great atmosphere on Tuesday and Friday evenings in summer, with traditional songs and guitars that set the forest on fire, and an impeccable mountain welcome.

Très bonne cuisine , on y est très bien servi . Le dessert maison , un vrai délice comme les bons plats qu'on a pu manger .
Les prix sont un peu élevés et nous nous attendions à rencontrer de vrais corses et pas un couple belge qui gère le restaurant ... Mais c'est une bonne étape !
