Family-run B&B with panoramic terrace in Ota offering comfortable and well-kept dormitories
The eighth stop on the Mare e Monti sud circuit, from Calenzana to Cargese, the Franchi family's gîte is a good address, with comfortable, well-kept dormitories. Half-board is highly recommended, thanks to Victorine's excellent cuisine, which delights both tourists and hungry hikers. There's a lovely panoramic terrace, a cosy room with a fireplace for grilling figatellu in winter, and evenings of song and guitar as a bonus.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits au gîte. Chambre double appreciable avec WC et sdb communs. Possibilité de dortoirs également. Belle vue. Petit village très agréable à deux pas de Porto et du sentier Mare e Monti. La demi-pension vaut le coup, un coup de cœur pour : la soupe corse, les cannelloni au brucciu et le flan à la châtaigne. Propriétaires accueillants, n'hésitez pas à discuter avec eux pour en savoir plus sur la vie locale !

Chez Marie went way above and beyond in hosting us at a moments notice when our other accommodations fell through.
The staff were friendly and very facilitating, the dinner and breakfast included in our lodging was also extremely tasty. Beautiful view in the morning, perfectly catches the sunrise over the mountains.

Super gîte d’étape. Propre. Possibilité de sécher son linge dehors ou sur un radiateur prévu à cet effet. Cuisine et balcon
