Visite guidé du musée durant une journée découverte organisée par le musée, Dumè Cesari producteur de charcuterie Corse, Sylvain et Marie producteur de Safran , brasseur , restaurateur , et apiculteur magnifique journée à la découverte des produits locaux et du village . Merci à eux pour cette découverte du patrimoine.

Super petit musée, et surtout on a eu la chance d'avoir l'espace privatisé pour notre groupe et d'avoir une conférence sur les cochons corse sur leurs élevage en liberté.
Passionnant pour les amateurs de charcuterie artisanale corse.

Interessant mais nous nous attendions à voir des cochons. Le cochon en partant de l'élevage, la fabrication, le fumage. Voir un fumoir etc... Tout se résume à des vidéos. En ce qui concerne le film sur écran géant a la fin de la visite nous avons trouvé qu'il n'avait aucun intérêt.
