CAPO DI MURO
Go there and contact
Point of Capo di Muro in Coti-Chiavari, with its magnificent Genoese tower completely renovated, organizing a pilgrimage to Madonucca
Built in the late 16th century, the Capo di Muro tower was part of Ajaccio's jurisdiction. From Casella, a beautiful footpath leads to the tower. Here you'll find the A Madonella chapel, where the "A Madonucca" pilgrimage is held every Easter. After mass, the faithful gather here for a convivial and fraternal spunitu (Corsican snack). We then reach the customs path and the hamlet of Monte Bianco, the last stage of a 3-hour loop, enabling us to return to the starting point.
