Restaurant with an exceptional panorama displays an original menu in Cargèse.
An exceptional panorama at the entrance of Cargese on the terrace of A Volta. Matteu and Antone took over their aunt's restaurant more than ten years ago and have turned it into a temple of good taste. The menu is original in the combinations of the products and presented with elegance. To be tasted in priority: roast octopus and marrow bone, traditional squid, half-cooked tuna, veal or free-range chicken, linguine a la puttanesca and for sweets direct from Geronimi. Soft musical atmosphere and possibility to come in the afternoon for an ice cream!

Nous avons découvert ce glacier en visitant cargese . La vue est juste fantastique. On en prend plein les yeux. Le jeune serveur est vraiment professionnel : plein d attention et efficace tant pour les conseils et les hésitations sur les menus. Nous avons pris un ceviche pour l un et un hamburger pour l autre. Il y a pleins de desserts . Mais les glaces sont vraiment bonnes. Quand on voyage ; on convient de la qualité des glaces corses. Essayez la broccu et la châtaigne
