Restaurant with panoramic terrace offering traditional cuisine.

It is one of the oldest hotels in Corsica, in the same family since5th generation. The restaurant offers a family welcome and traditional cuisine with two air-conditioned rooms and a panoramic terrace shaded by a lime tree and cherry trees. Excellent homemade charcuterie, Corsican vegetable soup, zucchini fritters, wild boar stew with myrtle (in season), sautéed Corsican veal with olives, cannelloni with "brocciu", chestnut flour flan/fennel sauce.

Adresse très sympathique
Nous nous y sommes arrêtés pour boire un café et comme il était 11h30 nous y sommes resté mangé
A l’ombre de 2 tilleuls nous avons très bien mangé
Serveur et serveuse souriant et très serviable

Hôtel multi générationnel, chambres refaites sobrement, très propre, terrasse et cuisine extraordinaires,servicecet accueil efficaces. Bref, on a passé une soirée délicieuse. Nous conseillons vivement. Fabrication de beaux souvenirs garantie !
