Joseph Wheatcroft is from Corsica, yet in his boutique, carefully selected local products stand side by side with products from further afield, such as caviar and Petrossian products, salmon and foie gras, as well as fine whisky references: Ardbeg, Bushmills 21-year-old, vintage Oban, not forgetting the 100% local P&M. AOC wines from Corsica and elsewhere, and champagnes from producers. In the delicatessen: sardines from La Belle-Iloise, anchovies from Collioure, teas from Comptoir Français and pasta and rice from Italian producers.

le saumon fumé est excellent , les autres produits tels coucou de canard farci, terrine landaise, risotto etc, unique magasin de qualité sur la ville avec un accueil très sympathique.
I go once: foie gras are delicious. but the price go with!
