The Lazaret d'Aspretto was originally a quarantine facility built in the early 19th century. It is the only convent-like building remaining in Ajaccio. Now owned by François Ollandini, the Lazaret is a dynamic cultural center offering a wide range of events throughout the year. It also offers a peaceful setting in which to discover and appreciate the sculptures of Marc Petit. Heir to the medieval sculptors, Marc Petit speaks to us of our humanity.
