It's at L'Écrin, cours du Général Leclerc, that we benefit from the precious combined talents of Éléonore and Jonathan. They welcome us to their intimate, well-appointed restaurant. Éléonore's welcome is charming and perfect. As for Jonathan, he concocts delicious dishes to present us with a regularly changing menu (3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts). A creative Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, beautifully presented with fresh produce from short circuits. Try it, adopt it and come back!

L’attention du service et la qualité des repas étaient impeccables. Le personnel était accueillant et ils nous ont recommandé de tres bons vins pour accompagner les plats. À mon avis, la décoration devrait être revue pour creer un space plus chaleureux (couleur des mures, éclairage,…) car une si bonne nourriture le mérite, mais ça c’est une question de goûts. C’est qui est sur, c’est que nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé, et on va le recommander sans doute!

Découverte de cet établissement par hasard à 2 minutes à pied de notre lieu de séjour à Ajaccio.
Nous y avons mangé une cuisine raffinée, succulente..entrée, plat, dessert, le tout en accord parfait avec les différents vins corse proposés par le sommelier..
